Welcome to High Ticket Network (“HTN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, services, and all features provided through our job board (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using High Ticket Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.


1. Eligibility

2. Platform Purpose

High Ticket Network is an exclusive connection platform that provides:

  • A centralized space for businesses to post high-ticket sales opportunities
  • Access for sales professionals seeking commission-based roles

We do not hire, onboard, manage, or train sales agents directly. All agreements and communications after connection are the sole responsibility of the agent and the business.


3. Account Registration

To access member-only features, users must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
  • Maintain the security of your account login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using HTN:

  • Submitting false or misleading information in job postings, applications, or profiles
  • Impersonating another person, business, or representative
  • Attempting to collect data or scrape listings from the site
  • Uploading or transmitting malware or other malicious code
  • Posting or promoting illegal, misleading, or unethical opportunities
  • Using the platform to harass, defraud, or abuse any party
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal or administrative action in response to any prohibited conduct.


5. Membership & Payment Terms

Access to certain features may require a paid membership. By purchasing a membership:

  • You authorize us to charge your provided payment method
  • You understand that all payments are final unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

We reserve the right to change pricing or membership offerings at any time.


6. Job Listings Disclaimer

While we strive to host quality opportunities, we make no guarantees about the income, quality, or legitimacy of any job posting or business partner. Users are responsible for:

  • Conducting their own due diligence
  • Entering agreements directly with one another
  • Communicating clearly before and after application

HTN is not responsible for any disputes or transactions between users.


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms our community.

You may cancel your membership or delete your account by contacting us at support@highticketnetwork.com.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on HTN — including branding, logos, text, images, layout, and software — is owned by High Ticket Network or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Ticket Network and its officers, affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any interaction or agreement between you and another user

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HTN shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, business, or data resulting from platform use
  • Disputes between users (agents and businesses)

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Children’s Policy

This platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
