MISSION & OBJECTIVES

Achieve a minimum of $150,000 in new cash revenue monthly.
Maintain a high-performance closing rate by effectively engaging with potential clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY

Conduct sales calls, primarily from qualified inbound leads and scheduled appointments.
Proactively engage with leads through outbound follow-ups, re-engaging webinar participants, past inquiries, no-shows, and cancellations.
Maintain a minimum of 70–100 sales calls monthly to achieve sales targets.
Achieve and maintain at least a 25% overall closing ratio from total calls.
Consistently meet or exceed a 35% closing rate on live calls.
Manage and update your sales pipeline in the CRM daily.
Document detailed client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
Participate in daily team huddles and regular performance reviews.
Prepare daily reports on your performance metrics and sales projections.
Continuously enhance your product and industry knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 6 months of proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably remote.
Strong history of exceeding sales goals in either B2B or B2C sales environments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional workspace.
Availability for flexible working hours to accommodate sales calls and team meetings.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Independent contractor (1099)
Commission: 7.5% on all new cash revenue generated (minimum target of $150,000 monthly)
On-track monthly earnings: Approximately $11,250+ based on achieving minimum targets, with significant upside potential based on higher performance.
