We’re now looking to expand our coaching delivery team with an additional world-class trainerto elevate partner clients’ closers.

The Role

As our High-Ticket Sales Trainer, you will:

Design and deliver structured sales training programs (live and recorded) for closing $5k–$50k offers.
Coach individual reps 1:1 and in groups to diagnose gaps and instill Tier 1 sales behaviors.
Build playbooks, objection-handling scripts, roleplay routines, and live call breakdowns.
Set, track, and report on KPIs like close rate, show-up rate, and call-to-close velocity.
Support performance ramp-up across inbound, outbound, and referral-based sales funnels.

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or sales training for $5k+ products.
Mastery of consultative sales frameworks and closing within 1–2 calls.
Proven success in training teams to consistent 20–30%+ close rates.
Ability to break down calls, coach through mindset blocks, and drive accountability.
Experience in remote sales environments, Zoom/CRM-based pipelines, and sales tech stacks.

Must Have:

Experience selling/coaching in info products, expert-led programs, or B2B services.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g, High level, Hubspot, Slack, AI tools).
Experience with coaching sales reps to $100k–$300k+ OTEs.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
