Position Overview:

As a Funding Specialist, your primary role is to:

We handle all backend document collection, underwriting, lender matching, and processing —

You focus purely on relationship building, consultations, and closing deals.

What We Offer:

4% commission on total funded amounts (example: fund $100K → you earn $4,000).
Typical closers earn $5,000–$15,000+ per month.
Access to nationwide lender network (traditional + alternative lending).
CRM system, scripts, templates, training, and back-end support.
Daily lead flow (mix of inbound + outbound leads).
Full backend fulfillment — no chasing banks or doing paperwork.
Weekly team training & mentorship for rapid growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated, driven sales professionals.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Experience in business funding, lending, finance, real estate, credit, or high-ticket sales preferred (but not required).
Confidence closing high-ticket deals over Zoom or phone.
Basic CRM skills (we provide training).
Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable WiFi.
