We’re seeking an experienced, driven, and coachable Sales Setter to join our team and help qualify leads, book high-quality appointments, and move prospects toward transformation.

Your Role:

Call, text, and follow up with inbound leads and webinar attendees. NO COLD CALLING LEADS.
Qualify prospects using provided frameworks and questions
Set appointments for closers and senior advisors
Follow daily KPIs and communicate in real time with the sales team
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and track lead activity
Pre-frame appointments and set expectations for closing calls

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in phone-based or remote setting/sales
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to manage conversations and objections with confidence
Highly organized and consistent in CRM/data entry
Comfortable working with commission-based incentives
Bonus: Familiarity with real estate, financial coaching, or high-ticket programs
