This is a one-call close environment where commissions are paid in full, upfront — no waiting for installations, subscriptions, or multi-step approvals. This is not solar or insurance sales. People that have experience selling solar or post disaster home improvements in a cold call setting will thrive in this role. The first four months of the role will be spent cold calling the people that have the problem we are solving through our education platform. This is where you will demonstrate what you can do. After four months you will have an opportunity to work on warm leads, booked appointments or group selling.
