High-Ticket Sales Closer (Future VP of Sales)

We’re looking for a world-class high-ticket closer with the mindset of a builder, the heart of a guide, and the precision of a top performer.

You’re not here to push programs. You’re here to help people say yes to their higher calling—and to drive the enrollment engine of a global movement rooted in transformation, integrity, and soul.

You’ll work directly with Michael Cooper, Founder of Human Performance Mentors™, to align vision, execute strategy, and scale this purpose-driven mission with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead enrollment conversations for:
Private and Group Coaching
Leadership Intensives & High-Impact Retreats
Seminars, Workshops, and Live Events
Non-Drifter Athlete™, Non-Drifter Leader™ and other Memberships
The Missing Playbook™ and Signature Programs
Proactively generate new business through referrals, outbound outreach, and strategic relationship-building
Follow up with warm leads and re-engage past prospects
Collaborate with the founder (vision) and managing partner (operations) to optimize offer positioning, lead flow, and conversion
Help build and eventually lead a high-performing sales team as VP of Sales

You’ve sold $10K–$50K+ coaching, consulting, or personal development programs
You are a closer and a creator—you know how to move energy and open doors
You are spiritually grounded, emotionally intelligent, and committed to personal growth
You have strong follow-up habits, a professional process, and know how to build trust fast
You thrive in high-performance, founder-led environments and want to grow into a leadership role

Compensation & Structure:

Remote role with flexible schedule
Commission-based (uncapped 6-figure potential)
